I have just been reading Andy Coates first month update since he started his blog and the results are frankly quite good. His traffic has jumped considerably to over 450 visits per day (250 unique) at the end of the month. I’m pretty sure that it’s very much down to his Viralink idea. His Technorati rating has surged also, currently at 37.223. Both excellent results for one months work.

One of the factors that really surprised me is his Kontera earnings, $14.32. I have only made $0.30 in two months and am beginning to wonder if it works or not. Obviously for Andy it is.

He names three of his posts as being the most searched for being, Viralink, Virtual Haircut and Derren Brown. He also mentions getting a Google Video Ad on his Derren Brown post which I was quite interested to see, as I don’t often get to see Video Ads, maybe because most of the Video Ads don’t get targeted to Spain.

I opened his Derren Brown post, and there it was, the Video Ad, so I was able to check it out. If your not sure who Derren Brown is or what he’s about then check it out.

Well done Andy, a fabulous start to your blog and I’m sure you’re destined to fame in the Blog World if you keep writing.
